SHOW FEES:
- Coaching:
$50.00 per day per horse for a one day show
$45.00 per day per horse for a multiple day county show
$55.00 per day per horse for an 'A' show
$30.00 per day per horse for a non show/warm up day
*** there is a $100.00 per show day minimum that must be met in total coaching received
($15 extra per day for non-training clients)
Set up and tear down:
- $50.00 per horse set up and tear down fee ($150.00 minimum for total horses)
Grooming:
- $50.00 per horse per day Grooming fee. Covers daily feeding and stall cleaning, lunch supplement service, night-time bute/banimie, lungeing, some tacking and grooming services when avaiable.
- or $35 per horse per day clean/feed charge. Covers daily feeding, lunch supplement service, stall cleaning, and lungeing and night-time bute/banimine when needed. Does not include grooming or bathing.
- Braiding mandatory for 'A' shows and the GSDHJA Championship horse show
- Tipping to the groom is mandatory
OTHER COSTS:
- Royal Oak Check fee $50.00, If Royal Oak writes a check to cover your horse's costs at the show
- Late Check Fee $25.00, All check must be received the day before horses leave for the show
- Tack Trunk rental fee $25, All tack boxes must be a Royal Oak Vinyl tack box or have a Royal Oak cover
- Horse Prep $20.00 (needed for any horse that is not in full grooming.) Includes applying standing wraps, supervising/arranging the loading and unloading of horses.
- Show clip, mane pull and bath must be done at least 1-2 days before horse leaves or it will be done for you. $30.00 mane pull, $15.00 show clip/trim, $15.00 bath (not applicable for Full Grooming clients)
OTHER:
- Standing wraps must be out the day before your horse leaves
- Tack boxes must be packed the day before your horse leaves
